Experience
I am currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resorts & Spa, prior to joining here I worked as Task Force Pastry Chef in W Doha Hotel & Residences. I have been with the Starwood Group for 10 years now, during which I was exposed to a variety of their brands like Sheraton, A Luxury Collection, W Hotels and Le Meridien. Also worked with Taj group of hotels. I have been enthusiastically involved in three very successful pre-openings and my culinary fortes are pastries, chocolates, ice cream buffet desserts as well as plated desserts.
